Faculty
Working practitioners from studios, agencies and production houses, recruited, trained to teach and evaluated every semester.
The people teaching a creative course should be people who do the work. PGA’s industry team maintains a network of professionals in animation, film, design, photography, media and fine arts, and recommends them as faculty for the courses they know best.
Being good at the craft doesn’t make someone a good teacher, so every new instructor goes through the Professional Instructor Programme: project-based teaching, giving critique, running assessments and using the LMS. They’re supported through their first semesters.
Teaching is monitored continuously: class visits, attendance and punctuality tracking, course control sheets, and student feedback forms reviewed each semester. Feedback goes back to faculty as development, not just scores.
