Full Faculty Partnership
PGA builds and runs a complete creative-arts faculty inside your university, as it has with KIET since 2004 and with Salim Habib University now.
This is PGA’s core model. The university provides the charter, the campus and the degree; PGA designs the programmes, recruits and trains the faculty, runs day-to-day academic operations, brings in the industry, secures scholarships and runs student life. The result is a creative-arts faculty that works like the industry it feeds.
Partnerships usually start with a few programmes and grow into a full ladder, from certificates to a master’s. PGA has launched Pakistan’s first multi-major bachelor’s in computer arts (2005), a BS in TV & Film (2007) and a master’s in computer arts (2012) this way, and today runs 20 programmes.
Everything is run to written procedures: timetables, lab allocation, course control sheets, attendance, make-up classes, admissions tests and interviews, juries, and monthly, semester and annual reports to the university.

A good fit if
- You want a creative-arts faculty but don’t have the specialist faculty or industry network to build one.
- You see it as a long-term build and are prepared to let industry into the classroom.
- You want to be held to graduate outcomes, and to share the data.
Questions
Whose degree is it?
Yours. The degree is awarded by the university; PGA designs and operates the programmes within your governance and HEC rules.
How is it paid for?
Usually as a revenue share on student fees, agreed per programme. The details depend on who provides facilities and staff.
