Summer School
Holiday courses in animation, filmmaking, illustration and design for teenagers, each ending in a finished piece and a show for families.
Summer school gives teenagers a few weeks of real studio work during the school holidays. Each course is taught by practitioners from PGA’s faculty and follows the same shape as a PGA degree course, compressed: learn the skills, develop a project in stages, present it.
Students finish with something to show (a short animation, a short film, an illustrated story or a poster series) and a clearer sense of whether a creative degree is for them.
