Augmented Reality (AR) and Photography
Photographs are no longer static. This cutting-edge course merges traditional photography with immersive technology. Students will learn to bring their prints to life using Augmented Reality (AR). By overlaying video, animation, and 3D elements onto physical images (using tools like Artivive or Spark AR), students will create “Living Photos” and interactive exhibitions where the viewer plays an active role.
§ 01 By the end you can
- Understand the principles of AR: Image Targets, Triggers, and Overlays
- Create "Living Photos" (Harry Potter style) by embedding video into print
- Design social media filters (Instagram/TikTok) using Spark AR/Effect House
- Master the workflow of preparing assets for AR (Alpha channels/Green screen)
- Curate an "Interactive Exhibition" where prints react to mobile devices
