Portfolio Assessment for Hiring
PGA’s jury method, used to assess your creative job candidates: structured portfolio reviews and practical tests run by practitioners.
Hiring creative people is hard when the person hiring isn’t a practitioner. We assess candidates the way our juries assess final projects: concept, originality, technical execution, presentation and professional quality, against a rubric.
We can also set and review a short practical test for the role.
