Advanced Interaction & Service

This advanced course moves beyond simple interface design to explore complex service ecosystems. Students will learn how to design end-to-end experiences that bridge the physical and digital worlds (“phygital”). A key focus will be integrating AI agents and automated systems into service blueprints, ensuring that human-computer interaction remains intuitive, empathetic, and efficient within sectors like healthcare, finance, and hospitality.

§ 01 By the end you can
  1. Map complex customer journeys involving both human and AI touchpoints
  2. Create detailed Service Blueprints that visualize front-stage and back-stage processes
  3. Design interactions for "Invisible Interfaces" (Voice UI, Gesture, Ambient Computing)
  4. Prototype smart services using AI tools for simulation and user testing
  5. Evaluate service systems for accessibility, sustainability, and ethical impact
