Audience Engagement and Experience Design
Content is king, but engagement is the queen. This course merges User Experience (UX) design with community psychology. Students will learn how to map user journeys, design “Habit-Forming” content loops, and use gamification to turn passive viewers into active participants. The goal is to reduce “Churn” and maximize “Lifetime Value” (LTV) through superior experience design.
