CAD Modeling
Computer-Aided Design (CAD) is the language of modern manufacturing. This course transitions students from artistic approximations to engineering precision. Using parametric software (such as Fusion 360 or SolidWorks), students will learn to design functional objects with exact dimensions, constraints, and tolerances, preparing digital files for CNC machining, laser cutting, or industrial production.
§ 01 By the end you can
- Master the parametric workflow: Sketches, Constraints, and Dimensions
- Create complex mechanical assemblies with moving parts
- Understand "Design for Manufacturing" (DfM) principles
- Generate professional 2D technical drawings and blueprints
- Execute "Generative Design" studies to optimize weight and strength
§ 02 Sixteen sessions
