Mentorship & Feedback Loop
Faculty mentor students through every stage of the final project, so the work improves before industry sees it.
From the day the final project is briefed, students show progress every class. Faculty review concept, drafts and iterations and push the work further each week.
The internal jury is the main mentoring moment: faculty assess conceptual clarity and technical skill, and students go away with specific changes to make before the external jury. That iteration is where most of the learning happens.
Outside projects, the programme manager and student affairs team counsel students on academic and personal difficulties, and on career direction.
